We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC maintenance, *****hold a valid EPA certification****, have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record, and be committed to delivering excellent service. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring HVAC systems run efficiently for residential and light commercial customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC system issues to improve efficiency and longevity.
- Replace air filters, clean coils, check refrigerant levels, and perform other preventative maintenance tasks.
- Maintain detailed service records and report any potential system issues.
- Communicate with customers professionally, explaining maintenance recommendations and answering questions.
- Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and company safety protocols.
