Responsibilities:
- Must be able to deal with guests in a professional manner while maintaining a professional appearance.
- Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
- Providing guest with menus and answering any initial questions.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner.
- Answering phone calls, taking reservation, and answering questions.
- Be efficient in use of reservation management system.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in a qualified restaurant
- OpenTable knowledge is a plus but not required.
- A passion for hospitality, food and beverage, and the guest experience
- Written and verbal comprehension of English language
- Must have excellent phone skills
- Team oriented
- Fine Dining experience a plus
