What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate security operations across assigned sites
- Schedule, deploy, and optimize workforce coverage
- Supervise and mentor field supervisors & security agents
- Oversee audits, incident response, and post-order compliance
- Ensure timely, accurate reporting (incidents, inspections, attendance)
- Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and licensing compliance
- Analyze staffing trends to improve efficiency and reduce overtime
- Support emergency and crisis response protocols
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 3 years as a security agent
- Active Denver and/or Colorado Springs Armed Guard Card
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Reliable transportation & ability to commute as needed
- Based in Denver, CO
