This individual will be responsible for supporting the design of our Salesforce architecture and strategy, building new features, and supporting our existing and rapidly growing user base.The Senior Salesforce Administrator assists all teams across the organization with their Salesforce needs (Admissions, Clinical Outreach, Patient Finance, Compliance, etc.). Specifically, they ensure system integrity and efficiency, build the CRM infrastructure for Charlie Health, develop reporting to drive insights across the business, and create processes and onboarding documentation for users. What sets this role apart from the non-senior role, is an in-depth and full understanding of how to leverage Salesforce for complex business logic (ex: heavy focus on writing and maintaining performative flows). The Senior Administrator is also directly responsible for mentoring and growing the skillsets of the junior admins on the team, with a focus on both hard technical skills and soft stakeholder/change management skills.Our team is composed of passionate, forward-thinking professionals eager to take on the challenge of the mental health crisis and play a formative role in providing life-saving solutions. We are looking for a candidate who is inspired by our mission and excited by the opportunity to build a business that will impact millions of lives in a profound way.ResponsibilitiesAssess team needs and pain points and deliver solutions to drive long-term efficiency gains Contribute to user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rulesDaily administration and support including customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rulesManagement of integrated applications and third-party suppliers (i.e., DocuSign, CongaComposer, Q-Assign, Gong, Five9, and more)Utilize the latest and greatest automation processes (flows, etc.) to help our users accomplish more, fasterDocument all the incredible customization you have builtQualifications 5 years of relevant work experienceCertified Advanced Salesforce AdministratorPassion for healthcare servicesHighly analytical, with an ability to construct data-driven recommendationsExceptional communication, interpersonal, listening and relationship-building skillsResourceful with a natural ability to problem solveMeticulous attention to detailExperience working in an environment with Apex Triggers/Code a requirement (you will not be coding)Additional Salesforce certifications a plusPlease note: candidates located within a 75-minute commute of our NYC office are expected to work onsite 4 days/week.BenefitsCharlie Health is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employees. Read more about our benefits here.Additional InformationThe expected base pay for this role will be between $120,000 and $160,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience.
