The Lead Recruiter should be comfortable using data to manage a team of recruiters, carrying a req load, and working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of people management experience, overseeing a team of three or more recruiters.The Lead Recruiter primary focus is on GTM recruiting. To deliver the best possible care to our clients, we need exceptional team members to join us. This candidate will play an integral role in managing a team of GTM recruiters and sourcing new sales talent. We are looking for a candidate who is inspired by our mission and excited by the opportunity to build a business that will impact millions of lives in a profound way.ResponsibilitiesOversee a team of 3-8 recruiters, using data to inform performance managementOperationalize improvements to our recruiting process based on insights that are gleaned from Talent team dataCoach direct reports to increase the productivity and performance of your teamAct as the directly responsible individual (DRI) for your team's performance and the affiliated upward reportingManage ATS, Greenhouse, and all internal job postings, implementing best practices and monitoring dailyProactively identify, source, and recruit candidates using a variety of sources including cold calling, job boards, research, internet sourcing, social media, referrals, etc.Conduct candidate screenings and schedule interviews as appropriatePartner with the leadership team and hiring managers to align on hiring targets Be creative—identify new ways to source candidates and identify key clinical networks to broaden the applicant poolQualificationsAt least 5-8 years of recruiting experience, ideally both in agency and in houseAt least one year of people management experience, overseeing a team of four or more recruitersExperience in a high-volume, outbound-heavy recruiting environmentAbility to utilize different types of social media platforms to source top talentStrong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills, with a natural, consultative styleAbility to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organizationStrong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environmentWork authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiencyBenefitsCharlie Health is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employees. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience.
