What You Will Do
- Follow and apply our dealership sales process from start to finish
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting new clients to delivering their new vehicle
- Present, demonstrate and promote our inventory with confidence
- Review and update daily inventory reports
- Develop strategies to grow market share and build your client base
- Partner with sales leadership on monthly goals and performance plans
- Maintain strong Customer Service Index results and meet dealership performance standards
- Stay current on products, market trends and certifications
- Work comfortably with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional education in business or a related field is an asset
- A valid Texas Driver’s License
- Strong communication skills
- A positive attitude and desire to build meaningful customer relationships
