Duties

• Greet customers warmly, ensuring a positive and engaging experience from the moment they walk in
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and food industry-specific transactions with precision and integrity
• Prepare food items following safety standards, including basic food preparation and sanitation practices
• Upsell menu items or products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining spaces, and equipment
• Assist with food handling duties such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
• Experience in food preparation, serving, or cashiering within the food industry or retail setting is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively

Pay: $10.50 - $11.00 per hour
