Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift management and high-quality service delivery.
- Supervise staff performance, provide training on food preparation, and customer service standards.
- Oversee food safety practices, proper food handling, and cleanliness in line with health regulations.
- Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate food production to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems; perform cash handling duties and reconcile sales at the end of shifts.
Experience
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management or supervisory roles.
- Hands-on knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management.
- Experience with inventory control, food safety management, and food handling procedures.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team training, staff development, and managing hospitality teams.
- Background in managing hospitality or restaurant operations including shift management and customer service excellence.
- Ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams while maintaining a positive work environment.
