As a Closing Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently during the evening hours. Your responsibilities will include cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment while supporting the culinary team in maintaining a pristine environment. What you’ll do

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Assist with food preparation tasks to support the culinary team during peak service times.
• Bus tables promptly and efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of service in the dining area.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and assist in banquet setups when required.
• Follow all food handling safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Support catering operations by preparing necessary items for events and functions.

Basic qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to cleanliness and sanitation practices within a kitchen setting.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with culinary practices or hotel experience is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.70 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
