Position Summary:
As a Cashier, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests. You’ll take orders, handle payments accurately, and ensure customers receive excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Operate POS system and handle cash, credit, and other payment methods
- Maintain cleanliness of front counter and dining area
- Assist with stocking, prep, and light cleaning duties as needed
- Follow all food safety and NEX guidelines
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier or food service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must meet NEX employment requirements
