Duties
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, including ordering supplies, customer management, and staff coordination

- Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks efficiently, and ensure smooth operational flow during busy hours
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all customers
- Support event management activities by coordinating logistics, supervising staff, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
Skills
- Proven experience in fast food business
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
- Excellent communication skills for report writing, customer interactions, and team coordination
- Demonstrated ability to manage shifts efficiently while maintaining high standards of service quality
- Experience in cash handling, managing guest complaints, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
