Bartender/Mixologist

You are the expert in creating unique coffees and cocktails! Our Bartends maintain a pleasant and fun atmosphere, while simultaneously crafting a high volume of personalized drinks.

Our ideal candidate is an engaging team player, who thrives in fast paced environments and is passionate about creating an exceptional guest experience. The starting rate for this position is $20/hr tips.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel welcome by greeting them in a warm and genuine way
• Be consistent in providing attentive service that exceeds guest expectations
• Properly and promptly prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to guests
• Maintain complete knowledge of food and beverage menus and their ingredients
• Receive orders and process payments
• Be creative with your recommendations, using suggestive selling where appropriate
• Follow all relevant brand standards for service
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant

Attributes

• 2 years bartending experience preferred 
• Possess an upbeat, outgoing, positive attitude at all times
• Highly developed guest relations skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask and stay organized
• Ability to work effectively on a team within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time and lift up to 35lbs as needed
• Proficiency in restaurant software systems is preferred
