As a Floral Specialist at Charley Family Shop N Save, you will play a multifaceted role, contributing to both the visual appeal of the floral department and the freshness of our produce section. Your responsibilities will include creating captivating floral arrangements, managing floral and produce inventory, and ensuring the overall quality of our fresh produce offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Floral Arrangement: Create visually appealing and seasonally appropriate floral arrangements for display and sale within the store. Ensure arrangements meet quality standards and customer preferences.
- Produce Management: Oversee the produce section, including monitoring inventory levels, rotating stock, and ensuring that all produce is fresh and well-presented. Collaborate with the produce team to maintain a vibrant and organized produce department.
- Inventory Control: Keep track of floral and produce inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock rotation to maintain freshness. Address any issues with suppliers promptly.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral and produce needs, offering guidance on selection, and answering inquiries. Create a positive and engaging shopping environment.
- Visual Merchandising: Work with the store management team to design and implement attractive floral and produce displays. Keep both departments clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming floral and produce shipments for freshness, quality, and accuracy. Take appropriate action to address any issues with suppliers and maintain high standards for all products.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute seasonal promotions, events, and special displays to drive sales in both floral and produce departments.
