What You'll Do:
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance in a skilled nursing community
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and support facility safety procedures, including fire drills
- Ensure building systems remain operational, including lighting, water supply, and basic equipment needs
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and participate in surveys and inspections as needed
- Follow all safety regulations while working in a physically demanding environment with attention to detail
What You'll Need:
- Maintenance experience required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
