What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Charlestown on the Monon?
Freeman Development Corporation is currently looking for a professional and responsible individual to fill the role of Property Manager at our newest development, Charlestown on the Monon, in Westfield Indiana. Charlestown is a new construction, 244 unit, market rate community.
Responsibilities
- Lead all lease-up efforts in order to attain weekly and monthly occupancy goals; this includes pre-leasing units
- Responsible for lead/traffic generation through aggressive sales, outreach marketing, and social media strategies
- Manage staff of up to 4 people
- Help develop a Preferred Employer Program (PEP)—also specifically identifying Westfield's Premiere Preferred Employer
- Ensure curb appeal, clubhouse, model, mini model(s), vacants, and community amenities are always on immaculate display for prospects and residents
- Thoroughly research the property’s competition index, to include studying top five competitors while implementing a market survey that gets updated monthly
- Effectively schedule and manage move-ins for all future residents
- Serve as an ambassador for Freeman Development Corporation, helping build a strong brand and reputation in the Westfield and surrounding markets
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
