Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace windows and doors according to construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings
- Measure dimensions accurately to ensure proper fit and function of window and door units
- Handle glass materials carefully during installation or replacement, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment to assemble, frame, and secure window and door components
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects efficiently
- Perform quality control checks on measurements, alignments, and overall installation integrity
- Apply caulking, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and fixture installation techniques to achieve professional results
- Assist with remodeling projects involving cabinetry, drywall finishing, painting, or other related tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety standards
