Starting Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 depending on experience/skill set
Job Schedule: 4 day work week;Mondays – Fridays; 7:55am – 5:20pm
Job Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
Job Responsibilities:
· Welcome patients in a warm and friendly manner
· Collect and update patient information from intake forms
· Use Solution Reach to communicate with patients and manage intake forms
· Maintain office email accounts
· Send and upload faxes
· Keep a clean and organized work area
· Verify vision and medical insurance plans
· Schedule and confirm appointments
· Answering and making phone calls
· Assist coworkers in other areas as needed
· Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
