Charleston Shoe Co. takes pride in offering an affordable, comfortable, and versatile shoe for the everyday woman. Offering many cobblestones-to-cocktails shoe styles, we are geared toward designing for individuals who need to be on their feet while staying fashionable all day long! All of our styles are custom designed in Charleston, SC. to be both comfortable and stylish while the sturdy construction will last for many years.

- We’re looking for dependable, personable individuals to join our boutique team. If you’re semi‑retired or retired and would enjoy a role where your life experience, reliability, and people skills truly matter, we’d love to meet you.
- Hourly Base rate an outstanding commission plan
- Ideal schedule working year round or seasonal pt role, 20-25 hours a week!
- Store hours will be 10:00-6:00 Monday-Thursdays, 10:00-7:00 PM Friday and Saturdays, and Sundays 12:00-5:00 PM!
- Flexible schedule depending on the needs of the store.
Customer Connection

- Acts as a brand ambassador reflective of the company values and aesthetic
- Supports product placement that is reflective of trend, reinforces brand messaging, and inspires the customer
- Collaborates in a team environment the sharing of inspiration and idea generation
- Participates in the well-managed organization of backroom and shipping shoes to customers.
- Retail experience preferred; We will provide training and CSC specific sales and operational training
