What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Office Manager position at Charleston Riverdogs?
The Charleston RiverDogs are seeking an energetic Office Manager to work part-time. This is an on-site position managing the RiverDogs' front office and support the executive team. This position will work part-time (approximately 10:30am to 4:00pm, Monday-Friday), and have the following core responsibilities:
- Phone Answering/Customer Service
- Shipping/Receiving (-Package Tracking)
- Coordinate Office Birthdays/other staff camaraderie
- Help keep office tidy
- Filing/Assist with HR
- Executive Admin functions
