The Charleston RiverDogs are excited to offer a comprehensive range of internships for the 2026 season, providing valuable experience and insight into the operations of a minor league baseball team. Our paid internship program is designed to provide real-world experience and comprehensive training in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, running from approximately March through September, 2026. These positions are designed to immerse interns in the full scope of running a professional sports organization. College credit is preferred, and exceptional interns may be considered for future full-time roles.

Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creativity and a passion for live events and fan engagement.
- Flexibility availability, including nights and weekends.
- Experience in event coordination is a plus.
- Energetic, personable, and thrives in fast-paced environments while creating memorable fan experiences
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of on-field promotions and in-game entertainment.
- Supporting the promotions team in developing new and exciting activities to enhance the fan experience.
- Helping manage mascot and performer scheduling and interactions.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions for theme nights and special events.
- Ensuring promotional materials and equipment are prepared and organized for game days.
- Interacting with fans to promote a fun and engaging environment.
- Ensuring legal compliance and proper documentation handling.
