We are seeking a warm, professional, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to become the face of our company and deliver the outstanding experience our customers expect.
Duties
- Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiam
- Process incoming garments and accurately enter orders into our POS system
- Assist customers with service recommendations and special garment care instructions
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism in a timely manner
- Communicate with production staff regarding special requests
- Maintain an organized and professional front counter area
- Process payments and balance daily transactions
- Support pickup and delivery customers as needed
- Help create a luxury customer experience that exceeds expectations
Qualifications
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Retail, hospitality, concierge, luxury service, or drycleaning experience preferred
