Position Summary

While no job description can possibly provide a comprehensive list of job duties, the following is a summary of the major responsibilities for the position: Adhere to hotel specifications and standards in maintaining the highest standards possible for guests by ensuring quick, efficient, and professional Guest Room Dining. Supervise, train and monitor associates. Prepare daily schedules and assign tasks. Ensure that consistent quality standards are being achieved. Organize, monitor and requisition supplies. Perform side work and fill in as a Server, Sales Associate and Supervisor when needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. 
  • Two years of F&B experience required, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Understanding of the luxury & quality environment. 
  • Ability to complete work in a timely, accurate and thorough manner.
  • Ability to work effectively and relate well with senior management, colleagues, subordinates and individuals inside and outside the hotel.
