Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Parking Valet/Bellman Attendant to enhance guest experiences at our upscale hotel. This role involves providing exceptional guest services, assisting with luggage, and ensuring smooth arrival and departure processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills and have previous hotel or guest services experience. A welcoming attitude, excellent phone etiquette.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor
- Assist guests with luggage, ensuring safe and efficient handling
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes in collaboration with front desk staff
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area
- Offer assistance with parking arrangements and vehicle retrievals
- Handle guest inquiries via phone using multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette
- Support guest relations efforts to ensure a memorable stay
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations practices is beneficial
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions
