In this role, you will:
- Manage Mohs surgery appointments from referral through to the scheduled procedure, making every step seamless for patients.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and ready to go, setting our patients up for success.
- Communicate clearly, compassionately, and professionally, guiding patients through every phase of the scheduling process.
- Collaborate with our talented Mohs surgical team to refine and improve workflows as we expand our services.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare, or scheduling environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with technology and electronic health records, along with a willingness to learn new systems.
