Medical Receptionist – Dermatology Clinic

$18-$21/hr

Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about helping people feel their best? Our dermatology clinic is looking for a Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice at our Berkeley office location. 

As a key member of our front office team, you’ll play an essential role in creating a positive patient experience. 

What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule appointments and manage phone calls
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays
• Maintain accurate patient records and support clinic workflow
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in a medical office preferred (dermatology a plus, but not required)
• Comfort with electronic medical records and basic computer skills
• A team player who values patient care and confidentiality
