In a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you'll keep our providers' days running smoothly while making sure patients feel heard, cared for, and in good hands.
What You'll Own
- Patient communications — Answer inbound calls with care, handling scheduling, rescheduling, and general questions.
- Precision scheduling — Book appointments by provider-specific guidelines, manage waitlists, and proactively fill schedule gaps.
- Patient records — Verify demographics, insurance, and referrals. Keep EHR documentation accurate every time.
- Schedule optimization — Monitor provider flow daily and help keep the clinic running at full capacity.
- Follow-ups & reminders — Send appointment confirmations and follow-ups per office protocol so no patient falls through the cracks.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of call center or medical office experience preferred
- ModMed (EMA) experience is a big plus
