The Customer Service Specialist/Data Entry assesses and completes applications for individuals desiring services for the programs provided to low-income residents of Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester Counties.
Qualifications:- Conduct thorough intake interviews with program participants to gather detailed information regarding eligibility based on criteria set forth by the funding sources.
- Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
- Back-up to Intake Processors.
- Accurately input and maintain program participants' information in LITT to ensure confidentiality and accuracy
- Attends planning team meetings and training for the specific program areas assigned.
- Maintain the established policy regarding the error rate when processing applications.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
