- Public Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for the public, ensuring every interaction is handled with the highest level of professionalism, courtesy and confidentiality
- Case & Record Management: Maintain rigorous standards of accuracy when managing dockets and records for traffic, criminal, and civil court proceedings
- Problem Resolution: Patiently guide individuals through complex processes, turning potentially stressful situations into positive experiences
- Administrative Integrity: Ensure all documentation is filed correctly and timely within digital and physical systems to maintain the flow of court operations
- Experience: High School Diploma or GED required, 5 years or more of professional experience utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and navigating Computer Management System (CMS) platforms
- Professionalism: Proven track record of excellence in a professional, public-facing customer service environment
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to specialized software used for legal record-keeping and docket management
