Accounting Manager

We’re looking for a sharp, tech-savvy accounting professional ready to own the books across three companies — and help shape how we build them.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
• Full-cycle accounting across three distinct business entities
• Trust/IOLTA account management for an active law firm — compliance and precision are non-negotiable
• Modernizing our payment platforms and financial workflows to meet today’s standards
• Collaborating with our in-house developer to shape and refine the accounting module of our proprietary software
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Proven experience managing books for multiple companies simultaneously
• Familiarity with legal trust accounting (IOLTA or escrow-style accounts) — a strong plus
• QuickBooks proficiency required — hands-on experience managing books in QuickBooks is a must
• Genuine comfort with modern payment platforms and an appetite to adopt new tools
• A tech-savvy mindset — you don’t need to write code, but you should be able to speak the language
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and at home in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
