Charles Towne Plumbing is calling all residential service plumbers to apply and join our growing team full-time. We’re hiring for two shifts—Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We are urgently filling the Tuesday through Saturday position, which includes a weekend premium bonus.

We run on ServiceTitan, pay piece-rate so your effort directly drives your paycheck, and we’re looking for motivated, customer-focused techs who are ready to earn what they’re worth—without sacrificing everything else to do it.

•       Piece-rate pay—you control your earnings. Skilled techs consistently make $100K–$150K per year.

•       No on-call. No mandatory nights. When your shift ends, it ends—we mean that.

You’re a great fit if you:

•       Have 3 years of plumbing experience (at least 1 year in home service/repair—not just new construction)

•       Are comfortable using field service software like ServiceTitan, or eager to learn it quickly

•       Communicate well with homeowners—you can explain a repair, present options, and earn their trust

•       Take pride in your work and your appearance on the job

•       Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record

•       You’ve only worked new construction and have never been in front of a homeowner

•       You want a guaranteed hourly rate with no performance accountability

•       You’re looking for a side job or something temporary

•       Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues: faucets, drains, water heaters, toilets, fixtures, and more

•       Communicate findings and options to homeowners with confidence and professionalism

•       Log jobs and communicate with the office through ServiceTitan

•       Maintain your assigned vehicle and tools to our standards

•       Represent Charles Towne with the southern hospitality and care our customers count on

•       Shifts available: Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, 8 AM–5 PM. Tuesday–Saturday is being filled urgently.

•       No mandatory on-call, nights, or late shifts on either schedule. Your time off is your own.

•       Optional bonus shift once a month for techs who want additional earning potential.

•       Pay: Piece-rate with guaranteed minimum. Top performers consistently hit $100K–$150K .
