About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and detail - oriented Porter to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall curb appeal of our multifamily apartment community. The Porter plays a key role in creating a safe, welcoming environment for residents, guest, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of common arears including hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, clubhouse, and restrooms
- Collect and remove trash from designated areas and maintain dumpster enclosures
- Perform routine groundskeeping duties such as litter pickup, leaf removal, and light landscaping
- Assist with unit turns by cleaning vacant apartments as needed
- Monitor the property for safety hazards and report issues to management
- Perform snow approval/management and salting services
- Assist the maintenance team with miscellaneous tasks as assigned
- Maintain supplies and ensure equipment is used and properly.
