Comfort Advisor

In business since 1991, Charles Stone Heating & Cooling is growing and looking for motivated sales professionals! We currently have a tremendous opportunity for an HVAC Sales Associate / Comfort Advisor to join our team.

Pay is $100,000 and commission is uncapped!

About the Role:

As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll meet with homeowners in the Central TN area to design customized comfort solutions for their homes. You’ll educate them on our heating and cooling services, explain system options, and guide them toward the best solution for their needs.

Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional weekends

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet with homeowners to provide comfort solutions tailored to their needs
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
• Attend company meetings and product/vendor trainings
• Maintain licenses or certifications as applicable
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation
• Work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate customer schedules and seasonal demand
• Maintain professionalism on job sites and while operating company vehicles
• Participate in the on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in sales (no HVAC experience required)
• Strong residential customer service background
• Proven ability to close sales effectively
• Personable, authentic, and customer-focused
• Excellent communication, organizational, and detail skills
• Able to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Stable work history with a track record of success

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• High level of motivation, integrity, and physical aptitude
