As a Director, SPWS Business Development Officer, you will play a key role in growing this business by building meaningful relationships and connecting clients to Schwab’s full range of capabilities.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business growth by outbound prospecting, networking, qualifying, and closing UHNW client relationships
- Serve as a subject matter resource on SPWS and UHNW client needs
- Align clients to the most appropriate Schwab solutions
- Connect clients to relationship structures across Private Wealth Services, Family Office, and Separate Account Network
- Build strong partnerships with Wealth Consultants, Financial Consultants, and internal teams
- Support SPWS growth through referrals, asset consolidation, and network development
- Maintain focus on developing new UHNW opportunities

- Experience advising UHNW clients and family offices

- Knowledge and experience of UHNW planning (estate, tax, trusts, lending, complex assets)

Required Qualifications
- 10 years of UHNW or family office/business development experience
- 2 years of prospecting and building UHNW relationships
- Series 7 and 66 licenses
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, CFP, CFA, CPA/PFS, or JD
- Experience with complex UHNW needs
- Established network of centers of influence
