Join a global public technology company in a high-impact SEC Reporting Senior Accountant role with broad exposure to financial reporting, technical accounting, SOX, and external audit.
Responsibilities:
*Support 10-Q, 10-K, Proxy, earnings releases, and SEC disclosures, including XBRL reporting.
*Partner with the monthly and quarterly close teams on financial statements, reconciliations, and complex accounting areas.
*Coordinate quarterly reviews and the annual Big 4 audit.
*Research technical accounting matters and evaluate the impact of new accounting standards.
*Support SOX compliance, internal controls, and process improvements.
*Assist with stock compensation and equity accounting.
*Coordinate international statutory reporting under IFRS and local GAAP.
*Collaborate with Finance leadership, Legal, Investor Relations, auditors, and outside advisors.
*Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen controls across the organization.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
*3 years of progressive accounting experience.
*Combination of corporate accounting/close and public accounting experience preferred.
*Strong foundation in technical accounting and financial reporting.
*Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven public company environment.
*Experience with Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, XBRL/DFIN, or similar platforms is a plus.
Compensation & Work Arrangement:
- Base Salary: $110,000–$120,000, based on experience and qualifications
- Annual Bonus: 10% bonus opportunity
- Work Schedule: This is a fully on-site position, Monday through Friday, at the company’s office in Westford, MA.
