What are the responsibilities and job description for the Phlebotomist (Part-Time) position at CHARLES RIVER MEDICAL ASSOCIATES PC?
This Phlebotomist position is in a busy 1MD, 2 NP Internal Medicine Office in Westboro. Our busy and well-established practice is seeking a motivated and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our dedicated clinical team. We are looking for an individual who brings a positive attitude, is a proactive self-starter, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position requires flexibility, strong multitasking abilities, and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear, professional communication. Phlebotomy exp is a must!
Schedule: M-F 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Phlebotomy experience required
- Bilingual skills a plus!
- Epic experience a plus!
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
Preferred:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations
- Flexible team player willing to assist across multiple functions
