This Medical Assistant position is in a busy 2MD, 3NP, 1PA Internal Medicine office in Natick. Phlebotomy experience preferred. Our busy and well-established practice is seeking a motivated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our dedicated clinical team. We are looking for an individual who brings a positive attitude, is a proactive self-starter, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position requires flexibility, strong multitasking abilities, and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear, professional communication.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Qualifications:
- Experience in phlebotomy
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations
- Flexible team player willing to assist across multiple functions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
