This Full Time Medical Assistant position is a busy 1 MD 3 NP Cardiology office in Framingham. Seeking a motivated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our dedicated clinical team. We are looking for an individual who brings a positive attitude, is a proactive self-starter, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position requires flexibility, strong multitasking abilities, and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear, professional communication.
Schedule:
2 Locations (Framingham: Monday, Tuesday, Friday; Marlborough: Wednesday & Thursday) Hours 8:00am-4:30pm, or 8:30am-5:00pm
Qualifications:
- Prior medical assistant experience preferred
- Current Basic Life Support certification preferred
- Epic experience preferred
- Vital Signs
- Phlebotomy experience preferred
- EKG experience preferred
- Holter and Event monitor experience preferred
- Drug prior authorization / Specialty test pre-certification experience preferred
- Basic billing charge entry experience preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining composure
