Job Summary
We are seeking an Animal Health Technician (cage wash) for our Insourcing Solutions site located in Carlsbad, CA.
In the Animal Health Technician (cage wash) role, you will provide cleaning and maintenance of laboratory animal caging, equipment and cage preparation areas as well as cleaning of animal support areas under close supervision.

- Demonstrated ability to problem solve, make quick decisions, communicate decisions effectively.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels inside and outside the organization.
- Ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to evenings, weekends, extended shifts, and/or extra shifts, sometimes on short notice
- Ability to work under specific time constraints.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee frequently is required to stand; sit; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
