- Shadows, assists learns in one of our PENZONE Salon locations with a designated mentor
- Gains salon experience and earns hours towards a Cosmetology License
- Professionally interacts with guests and PENZONE team members
- Experiences the PENZONE brand gains understanding on what a future career would look like in our salons
- Follows all Ohio State Board of Cosmetology Internship compliance requirements
- Receives and recognizes all verbal written feedback provided by professionals with the intention to grow individual skills
- Builds knowledge and confidence as a new artist and as a professional
- Ensures school State board are provided with necessary paperwork tracked hours
- 16 years of age or older
- Actively in a school program pursuing a state license in cosmetology have completed at least 750 hours
- Required to provide a letter of recommendation from Cosmetology Instructor
- Must successfully complete the PENZONE interview process to be selected for an internship position
- Earn up to 300 hours towards Ohio State Board Cosmetology License
- Receive the opportunity to be included in the pipeline to interview with PENZONE Salons Spas upon graduating
