Survey Technician

💵 Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

• 2 years of field and office survey experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to process field data and read architectural/structural drawings
• Strong math and communication skills
• Experience with Trimble Business Center (preferred)
• Skill in interpreting grades and preparing accurate cut sheets

• Perform stake-out computations (storm drain, curb & gutter, water/sewer)
• Prepare residential surveys (wall checks, finals)
• Generate cut sheets for housing and land development
• Create as-built surveys for stormwater and utility systems
• Process and plot topographic surveys, build surfaces
