- 2 years of field and office survey experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to process field data and read architectural/structural drawings
- Strong math and communication skills
- Experience with Trimble Business Center (preferred)
- Skill in interpreting grades and preparing accurate cut sheets
- Perform stake-out computations (storm drain, curb & gutter, water/sewer)
- Prepare residential surveys (wall checks, finals)
- Generate cut sheets for housing and land development
- Create as-built surveys for stormwater and utility systems
- Process and plot topographic surveys, build surfaces
