About the Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll drive the success of large-scale and complex landscape architecture projects from concept to completion. This role combines strategic leadership, creative design, and technical expertise to deliver innovative, sustainable, and constructible solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead multidisciplinary projects, ensuring design excellence and timely delivery.
- Oversee all phases of design: research, site analysis, grading, planting, construction details, and specifications.
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of creativity and quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align design intent and project goals.
- Maintain rigorous quality control and uphold health, safety, and welfare standards.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 8 years in landscape architecture; LA licensure preferred.
- Skills: Leadership, strong design sense, plant knowledge, grading expertise, construction methods, and proficiency in MS Office & AutoCAD.
