Job Description:
Charles Henricks Landscaping & Concrete is looking for experienced retaining wall builders to join our team. We complete a high volume of retaining wall projects and need skilled workers who take pride in quality craftsmanship and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience building retaining walls
- Strong knowledge of block retaining wall systems
- Ability to properly prep base, level, and backfill
- Experience with grading and drainage considerations
- Ability to read layouts and follow project plans
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependability
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with concrete work (forming, finishing, etc.)
- Equipment operation experience (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)
