Shop Technician (Full-Time) – Growth Opportunity into HVAC
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Shop Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining an organized workspace, and is eager to grow into a skilled trade.
As a Shop Technician, you will play a key role in keeping our shop operations running smoothly by maintaining equipment, supporting inventory, and ensuring our facilities are clean, safe, and efficient.
What You’ll Do
- Perform general shop upkeep, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a safe work environment
- Complete minor repairs to equipment and building systems (e.g., replacing light bulbs, fixing locks)
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking and tracking equipment
- Load, unload, and deliver equipment to job sites as needed
- Identify and report maintenance issues to management
- Support day-to-day shop operations to ensure efficiency and readiness
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and ability to perform hands-on tasks
- Prior maintenance or mechanical experience preferred (but not required)
