Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them to appropriate areas with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness of the lobby, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Ensure floors are properly cared for through regular cleaning and industrial floor care techniques
- Monitor the lobby area to identify any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Support janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, and ensuring overall hygiene standards are met
- Assist with basic custodial duties to uphold a pristine environment for guests and staff
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure consistent cleanliness and organization in shared spaces
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments such as hotels or commercial facilities
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and industrial cleaning methods
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform janitorial tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout your shift
