Responsibilities:
Kia of Des Moines is looking for talented Sales Representatives that:
- Connect with Customers: Help customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and budget.
- Navigate the Sales Process: From initial contact to final delivery; guide customers through every step of the buying process
- Build Relationships: Develop strong, lasting relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals
- Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Stay Informed: Keep up to date with the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends
Salary: Annual - $75,000

Requirements:
- Previous dealership experience (Required)
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Have a valid Iowa Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Will submit to a drug and background screening
