Toyota of Des Moines is seeking a Customer Service Team Lead with a positive attitude, who is a proactive self-starter, can delegate tasks, and has the ability to multitask. Toyota makes customer service a top priority so candidates must be friendly and maintain a professional appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to our dealership with a smile and positive attitude
- Leads and coordinates lane support team
- Effectively delegate tasks to team members to optimize lane flow
- Coordinates and delegates responsibilities to maintain smooth, high-volume service operations
- Direct the appropriate service advisor to that customer
- Prepare their vehicle for their appointment
- Move their car to the appropriate location depending on the service that is being done.
- Deliver cars back to the customer when the work is completed
- Must be able to walk and be outside frequently
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am – 5pm
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Prior team lead experience preferred
- Have a valid Iowa Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Will submit to a drug and background screening
- Be able to walk and be outside frequently
- Must be able to delegate and multitask
