CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD
Location: Fort Belvoir, VA
Minimum Qualifications:
-
2 years demonstrated experience using Multimedia Message Manager (M3), including:
- Conducting profile management
- Monitoring message traffic for anomalies
- Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or related activities
- Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university
OR
- Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline
OR
- High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline
Certifications / Clearance:
- Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain CI polygraph
Additional Requirement:
- Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM
Special Qualifications / Duties:
- Supports messaging operations and communication processes across intelligence systems
- Assists with profile management and monitoring of message traffic
- Supports intelligence dissemination and foreign disclosure activities
- Develops and maintains SOPs and messaging documentation
- Produces reports and briefings related to messaging activities
- Coordinates with stakeholders to support effective communication workflows
