CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD
Location: Fort Belvoir, VA
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of:
- Data governance
- Data architecture
- Data warehousing
- Data quality management
- Metadata management
- Data operations management
- Data discovery
- 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
- Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or related activities
- Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university
Required Education:
- Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline
OR
- High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline
Certifications / Clearance:
- Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain CI polygraph
Special Qualifications / Duties:
- Provides data integration support across intelligence systems and environments
- Supports governance and management of data architecture and data lifecycle processes
- Facilitates interoperability and sharing of intelligence data across systems and organizations
- Develops and maintains SOPs and documentation related to integration activities
- Produces reports and briefings to communicate data integration efforts and outcomes
