What are the responsibilities and job description for the TRANSIT DRIVER- PART-TIME position at Charles City, IA?
The City of Charles City is looking to hire transit bus drivers to work with the Charles City Public Transit Service.
This is a part time position which will average between 20 hours and 29 hours per week, Monday through Friday (daytime hours) with a starting wage of $18.63/hour. This is an IPERS covered position. Qualified candidates must have a current valid State of Iowa Class C CDL drivers license with a passenger endorsement or ability to obtain one. Must be able to pass a physical examination and is subject to pre-employment DOT-FTA drug and alcohol testing requirements and random testing once employed.
