What are the responsibilities and job description for the Y’s Guys Before And After School Day Care Assistant / Summer Day Camp Assistant position at Charles City Family YMCA?
The person selected for this position will be under the direct supervision of the Y’s Guys Program Director and will be responsible for providing an appropriately safe, caring and enriching environment for the children enrolled in the YMCA Before and After-School and Summer Day Camp programs. They will be responsible to defuse conflicts among children or staff then report to director. Responsible for conducting themselves in an appropriate manner, setting an example for children, parents and co-workers by reflecting the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
